Puck Stop is a proudly family-run business, based in Sheffield, that began in 1995; inspired by a challenge faced the year before when one of our sons took up ice hockey and struggled to find quality equipment anywhere in the UK.

There were few shops with the right hockey gear he needed for his game, and even fewer with staff who truly understood the needs of hockey players. That experience led us to identifying a gap in the market and inspired us to create a store that was run by players, for players – and so, Puck Stop was born!
