• Step 1: Remove both helmet liner inserts and place on a baking tray
• Step 2: Pre-heat oven to 200F (94C)
• Step 3: Place the helmet liners and baking tray in the oven for 5 minutes
• Step 4: Remove the baking tray with the liners using an oven glove, not your hockey glove
• Step 5: Put the liners back into the helmet, adjust the helmet tightly and wear it for 5 minutes

CAREFUL: The helmet liners will be hot out of the oven
